Q. What will I have
to do to inroduce business to Great Oak HIP?
Complete the Registration Form or call us and
we will register you. We will set everything up
for you and provide a free, 24 hour software system
so you can order and track your HIPs on-line.
If you do have any problems you will have access
to your own designated account manager and call
centre back-up to ensure everything runs smoothly.
It couldn't be simpler!
Q. What will it
cost me to set this up?
Nothing! Set-up and usage is free to all introducers.
In fact we will pay commission on all packs ordered
by registered introducers.
In addition we will not insist you sign an exclusivity
contract as we are so confident in our HIPs product
and service. Our extensive research means we have
have thought of everything and want to show you
how good we are without forcing you to use us.
Q. I have a relationship
with existing surveyors/solicitors. Can I continue
to use them?
Yes. We can add anybody to our panel of professionals
as long as they are qualified in their chosen
role. This includes Home Inspectors and Solicitors.
We want the impact of the changes to have a minimal
effect on your day to day business
Q . How much will it cost
a client to purchase a HIP and when do they pay?
A basic HIP is one standard fee. If the client
chooses to add a HCR to the HIP then the cost
will be determined by the price of the property.
Clients can defer the payment for up to 10 months
or until the sale of the property.
